hybrid precoding using NYUSIM channel

In NYUSIM simulator of version 2.01a matlab code, the channel matrices (ie., Hf_temp in getChannelMatrix_v2.m file and H_ensemble in MainCode_drop,m file) elements are of very less values interms of 10^-5*(0.3415-0.5629i), due to which I am getting spectral efficiency plot interms of 10^-10 (Here I applied SIC-based hybrid precoding algorithm on this NYUSIM channel and plotted spectral efficiency vs SNR). why and how to solve this?

Is NYUSIM gives channel matrix like this only OR any changes needed??
