Hello, i am working with one multispectral camera which has 6 bands,(blue, green, red, nir, rededg and thermal , in order) All images are in grayscale and .tif format I want to know how can i detection animals or fire with help the thermal band in matlab.

Hi kalyan,
here can you see the same image in 6 bands color, the 6th band is the thermal .
I just changed the image format to .png because i couldnot to send them in tif format.

Hi Alaa,
Please take a look at the Hyperspectral Image Processing Library of Image Processing toolbox to identify specific function. Refer the sid for spectral similarity measurement and spectral information divergence.
