Hand authentication matching problem

hi there i was wondering if you can help me i am doing a project on hand authentication and i have done all the image processing and have allocated points which i want to analyse,i then import the image into the workspace where it gives digital values i want to try an make a matching code which doesnt need the use of microsoft access or excel or mysql. the data is uploaded using the database toolbox . i just need a guide on what i need to do next. many thanks
