How to remove noise from this picture?

Hi, I would like to ask you, how can I remove noise from this type of picture? I have a lot of pictures of this type for a college project. Thank you so much for the advice!!

Hi Natalie,

I'm not sure if you want to know anything specific about noice removal. MATLAB has some functions you can use to do that.
