Let A=80*80 matrix ,How to find matrices A^(-1/2) and A^(1/2)

Just straight as-it-is syntax
A^(1/2)
A^(-1/2)
or
sqrtm(A)
inv(sqrtm(A)) % sqrtm(inv(A))

Above one It is for elemental operation.but i need to find A^(-1/2) such that A^(-1/2)*A^(1/2)=A^-1

It is possible only when A is an identity matrix. I.e. the inverse of identity matrix is identity matrix itself, the term on RHS
