I have already isolated the object from the background which was black both in image A and B. Now I would like to compare the two objects from image A and B to see any differences, which could be color differences, lenght, widht and height etc. And how do I rotate the object so that the angle is the same in both image A and B?

Hi Mohammed,
I understand you want to compare objects in two different images. You can have a look at different image registration techniques to align multiple objects of the same scene. I am attaching documentation links to image registration in MATLAB.
Hope this helps.
