Create a binary matrix for more than 50 variables

I am not able to get the ouput for:

dec2bin(0:1:2^no_of_variables-1)
where 2^no_of_variables = 50 or more. 

This is because

0:1:2^no_of_variables-1

itself doesn't run on for more than 50 variables.

Is it not possible for create this matrix?
