Bistatic Radar. Can anyone help me with the Bistatic polarmetric Example

I'm trying to get the Bistatic polarmetric example to operate at 10GHz, but not having much luck detecting the targets. I'm not sure what the range resolution, max range and time bandwidth product should be for this frequency. Thanks.
