Solve 2nd Order Non-homogeneous Differential Equation

I need to solve two DEs (as show in the image) to find their solution
The initial conditions are
x(0) = 0
dx/dt(0) = 0
θ(0)=0
dθ/dt=0
I would like to know how I can solve these equations in terms f, r and ω (which are variables in the MATLAB program).
The time span can be taken between 0 and 50 seconds.
