A simple solution is to use fimplicit3
f = @(x, y, z) 4.7243+1.1351*x + 3.1351*z - y;
fimplicit3(f);
An alternative solution using surf()
[X, Z] = meshgrid(linspace(-5, 5));
Y = 4.7243+1.1351*X + 3.1351*Z;
surf(X, Y, Z)
shading interp
