Yes, your MATLAB online drive is only accessible to you. No outsider has access to it without your account credentials. Unless you have shared the files with someone else. No, there are no issues of similarity softwares finding your files in MATLAB online.

The plagiarism is here - MATLAB answers - when students ask question and post their solutions. Som of the teacher keep the same assigment year and year, what a joy for students to come here.
