Matlab DFT with sliding window

I have a 3 phase voltage with an amplitude of 230 and phase shift +10,+100 and +100 respectively. Operating freq is 50Hz. ADC sampling is 24. timeframe = 0.5s
Using Moving data window and transforming into the zero, postive and negative sequence, how to get the magnitude and phase angle (-180° to 180°) of the postive sequence phasor?
