Generated figures are not opening

Hi all!

Currently, the figures generated from my code are not opening. They are generated but appear as either gray or black box when you hover on the window in the task bar. Attached is a print screen. If i double click on these windows nothing happens. To open i have to right click then maximize the figures. I am also unable to change the window size when i maximize it.

Although i had adjusted a specific figures size but i am not able to see that.

fig1= figure('OuterPosition',...

[0.266666666666667 0.195238095238095 0.458928571428571 0.747619047619048]);

Any solution?

I tried restarting but that didn`t help.

but the problem was this line

fig1= figure('OuterPosition',...

[0.266666666666667 0.195238095238095 0.458928571428571 0.747619047619048]);

Solution:

set(fig1,'units','normalized','outerposition', [0.266666666666667 0.195238095238095 0.458928571428571 0.747619047619048]);

this worked!

I am not sure why the first line didn't work though...
