Hello, please i am working on identifying air leakage sites on building envelop using IR thermography, i would be very grateful if anyone could help me with a MATLAB function that can help me calculate the area of a segmented image in the thermogram

This may be possible but cannot help without looking at the image and the area to be segmented.
