Algebraic Loop cause problem when executed from script while no trouble in Simulink.

I've got a model in Simulink with algebraic loop. I'm usign transport delay blocks with 0 delay and model simulates without errors.

But I want to run this model from a script, and when I'm trying, it returns convergence error on algebraic loop. I'm confused of what could cause this problem.
