boxplot with lots of outliers - I need a clearer view

Hello all,

I have attached an image that shows how my boxplot for this data is. The problem is that I want the statistics to be clear for anyone who looks at my boxplot, but like this it does not give much info! I ma sure this because of the outliers

Any ideas?

Please read the documentation for boxplot. You will find several options to set the limits for the outliers. You could set the datalim property for instance.

OK I have tried 'extrememode', 'compress' but still gives the same view!

You could try setting the whisker property to 0.
