Hi,
I need to make a Manhattan Grid.
The mandist fucntion can do this?
I am using matlab version R2016a.
Important notice that the actual problem is the image has just 15 pixels, so the black squares are 1 pixel.

I don't see what this question adds to your other question. I'm not convinced this isn't a duplicate. Actually, the code in your other question is more or less an answer to this question.
It also doesn't seem likely that the mandist function will be useful here. Also note that it is part of the deep learning toolbox, so not everyone may have access to it.
I think this question should be closed, but I'm not going to start an edit war about it.

Hi Rik,
"It also doesn't seem likely that the mandist function will be useful here" - is this what I needed to know.
