How to extract data form Multidimensional array (lat, long, variable, time)

How to extract data form Multidimensional array (lat, long, variable, time). I want to specify specific lat, long (a list lets say of 20 waypoints) positions and depth (so I can change it) and then plot the section. Thanks!
