Why i am getting negative rotor speed for my BLDC motor model

I am getting negative value for Rotor speed and high torque fluctuations when i m running an open loop BLDC model with SVPWM for inverter. The SVPWM is generated using sine wave generator as inputs. Please correct me if i am doing anything wrong.
I have attached the simulink file.
