Hi!
I Have two license servers and I would like to use both but go with the first license server as long as it has available licenses. in network.lic I currently have
SERVER <license_server_fqdn> any <port>
USE_SERVER
How do I add the second license server?
Best Regards
Bob

This answer may help you.
You can specify first and second license servers using MLM_LICENSE_FILE environment variable.
Add a new environent variable MLM_LICENSE_FILE in Windows, Linux or Mac and set the value as
Windows
port1@licenseserver1hostname;port2@licenseserver2hostname
Linux/Mac
port1@licenseserver1hostname:port2@licenseserver2hostname
Or, you can also specify the license files.
For example, first, rename license files as network1.lic (for accessing license server1) and network2.lic (for license server2).
And set environment variable MLM_LICENSE_FILE as follows.
Windows
c:\FULLPATH\TO\network1.lic;c:\FULLPATH\TO\network2.lic
Linux/Mac
/FULLPATH/TO/network1.lic:/FULLPATH/TO/network2.lic
Hope this works.
