mps-start Failed to start with error

when i used matlab2012b to created a server，and use the command mps-start,it comes an error,in the log file which is like this:

8 [2012.12.07 16:13:07.514405] [error] [SERVICE:FLEXlm Client] Failed to start with error, code = 16, message = license checkout failed

Seems like your FlexLM license server is not running. I would suggest install support. They can help you getting MPS running.
