Is stackedplot compatible with matlab2tikz ?

I want to create plots with Stackedplot with Multiple Variables Using One Y-Axis and then transfer it to tex. Matlab2tikz worked for subplot. Now when I save it as a figure and use matlab2tikz no output data is shown in the tikz file. Can you even use it for this?
