Cannot find error source

I am getting error. It might be a mistake but MATLAB is not announcing where the error occurs. How to do I find the source?

Type :

le = lasterror

That should give you info about the last error. You can find where it is happening (eg : stack).

I found this just prints out the last error as a char:

'The internal buffers to store data is full. Read data to clear the buffers so that you can continue reading data from the hardware.'

I want to find the code that threw this error so I can figure out what buffer it's talking about.
