How can I calculate the point spread function (PSF) of the optics system?

Hi,
I am attaching two image files. One correspond to the image obtained using distorted optics and the another one with the perfect optics. I want to findout the PSF function of the distorted optics comparing these two images. Can anyone please suggest me?
