Hello, is Nvidia Quadro 5000 a good choice for Matlab/Simulinks and related toolbox? Which is better? 5000 or K5000? Thanks.

Are you going to use this as a GPU for computation? If so, the K5000 is based on the Kepler architecture, which is the successor to the Fermi architecture used in the Quadro 5000, and will therefore allow you to take advantage of the improvements in the new architecture.
To access the GPU for computational purposes, you will need the Parallel Computing Toolbox.
