Greetings,
New user here. I have a license file and the roadrunner application (installed). When I attempt to use it, I get an error:
License checkout failed Error -9
Your username does not match the username in the license file
To run on this computer, you must run the Activation client to reactivate your license.
A second attempt to launch RoadRunner and using the license file option has a different error:
Unable to checkout license: No license for product (-1)
Please advise. Thx

Hi Shawn,
From the question, I understand that you are not able to run your Mathworks product even after having a license for the same. This error usually comes up because of making changes to username while the process. The best way to rectify it is to reactivate the product.

Am I reactivating the RoadRunner or MatLab product? I don't have access to the MatLab activation key:
Re: MatLab - I asked for the activation key because the procedure erquires that. Here's what my IT guys say: "No the key is hidden to us from an sccm install."
They can re-install MatLab, but that seems wrong. Is it?
Thx

Hi Shawn,
Just reactivating the product should solve the problem

thanks - but it did not. I re-downloaded the license file, it is still not recognized as containing a valid license.
