I can't use Simulink package for arduino with matlab R2019b
I've tried everything, even reinstall package with adm.
The problem is as follows:
Arduino IDE at folder '' is corrupt. Open Add‑On Explorer to reinstall MATLAB Support Package for Arduino Hardware.
Please, help me.

Im on the latest update of R2020b and having the same issue. I tried manually setting it using:
arduinoio.IDERoot = 'C:\ProgramData\MATLAB\Supportpackages\R2020b\3P.instrset\arduinoide.instrset\arduino-1.8.10'
but that did not work. Need this to work for a work project.

Hi Alexandre,
As per my understanding, you are facing simulink package error for arduino with matlab R2019b and have already tried reinstalling with administrator acccess.
Following workaround can be tried to fix the issue:
  • Before uninstalling, type arduinoio.IDERoot in MATLAB Command Window and note the answer.
  • After uninstalling, go to that location on Windows and ensure no files are left behind and delete any that you might have.
  • Then reinstall with administrator acccess.
Please refer to the following MATLAB Answers post for more information on the issue and alternate workarounds:
I hope this helps!
