Hello everyone
I would like to know that how to generate Complex Hadamard Transformation Matrix for N*N matrix . Is it possible either by code or equation. Plz explain me ...

There is a HADAMARD command in MATLAB that returns the Hadamard matrix of order n. Please explain if a 'Complex Hadamard Transformation Matrix' is something different.
