My home tab and command line are missing in MATLAB 2019b

My Home tab and command line are missing. I also cannot open MATLAB through the shortcut, I have to open an already existing .m file to get matlab open. It was working fine last week, but I cannot get it to work properly now. This is the screen I get. Does anyone know how I can get my command line and variable workspace back?

Try
Open the Command Window
The Command Window is always open. To restore the Command Window to the default location, go to the Home tab, and in the Environment section, click Layout. Then, select from one of the default layout options.

The problem is I don't have a home tab to go to. So I guess what the question should actually say is : I do not have a home tab.

Your screen shows an undocked Matlab Editor - I think. Notice the icon in the upper left corner
here is a screen clip from an undocked Editor
Your Matlab IDE might be minimized.
In the upper right corner of the undocked Editor there is little icon
click the triangle and dock the editor.
click on the Matlab icon in the taskbar (assuming MsWindows) and chose the top "window".
