plotting graph in simulink

I need to plot graph as given in the link in simulink ,please provide me assistanca

To plot those graphs you have to identify what they represent, then find a function or a model that generate them. I don't think there is another way to do it. If you want to repproduuce them means that you know what they represent, then tell us.
