I received the message : "We are unable to offer you a trial." when I asked for one. Why did it say that?

@HAMZA I don't understand your comment: "We are unable to offer you a trial. If you believe you are receiving this message in error, please"
What is your intent? Are you asking or suggesting something to @Mengxia Yu? Or did you just somehow post this by mistake? Also, "please WHAT?????" -- it sounds like you didn't finish your sentence.

Hi,
One reason for this error message is if someone requests a trial very quickly after setting up a MathWorks Account. I suggest to wait let's say an hour an then try again.
If this is still not resolved contact your sales representative to resolve the issue. If you don’t know your sales representative is MathWorks support can help you find sales representative :
Hope this helps!

One of the common reasons for not being able to be offered a trial, is if you happen to be in a country for which there is a distributor. In such a case, you need to approach the distributor for a trial.

Perhaps you are already running a trial version. Perhaps you are asking for a second one too soon after you asked for the first trial. You can't just keep getting free trials over and over again. Not sure why you were told that, so call Mathworks and ask them.
