I had a laptop which consist of-

AMD E1 processor

1.35 GHz clock frequency

2 GB RAM

64 bit Operating system.

For such laptop which MATLAB software version I should download and install?

Look through this table that lists the minimum system requirements across all Matlab releases for multiple systems.

R2017b (MATLAB 9.3) is the most recent version that lists a minimum of 2GB Ram for Windows.
