Time-Frequency Plot

Hello
I am using the spectrogram function in matlab to obtain the time-frequency response of my signal. However, the time-frequency graph which I get from this function does not have all the data plotted with respect to time. Below is the spectrogram command which I am using.
spectrogram(CeDS,blackman(2*Fs),Fs/2,2*Fs,Fs,'yaxis');
where Fs = 10000;
Attached is my signal in time domain. Also attached is the output I get from the spectrogram command.
As can be seen from the above plot, the data before time = 6 minutes is missing.
Hoping if someone could advise how I could solve this.
Thanks in advance.

What is this?

Hi
Actually, the range of the y axis is till 5kHz, however, I am interested only in the data in the beginning as my fundamental is at 38.6Hz. Those are other harmonics present in my signal if Iam not wrong.
Thanks
