安装了2019b，但是经常正在写程序的时候突然卡死

学校提供的Matlab 2019b单机版，安装了之后，经常在编辑的时候突然卡死，有时候过一段时间就能恢复，可以再次编辑，但有时候只能关闭matlab，然后再打开才能用。在任务管理器中显示这样 ，有什么解决办法吗？

我的2023a也有一样的问题，卡死的时候还不会自动保存，经常让我丢失已经写好的代码
