How to implement KLT algorithm to detect faces on an image

Hi, I am doing a project and would like to know can I implement KLT algorithm to detect faces on image instead of videos. Would be very helpful if someone can share some codes. Thank you very much.

Hi,

As far as my understanding, the KLT algorithm is a tracking algorithm used to track down features (Shi-Tomasi or any other features). As it is dependent upon displacement of an object, thus is not suitable for still images.
