Matlab C++ Wrapper

I'm new to this so I apologise if the question is trivial. I have some code in Visual studio written in C++ , I want the outputs of the code to go into my simulink model and be processed there. I read online that a wrapper will help but I dont know how to make one or where to start. I'm not quite sure if I understand the current documentation either. Are there any tutorials that can guide me through making a wrapper?
Any guidance is appreciated :)

Hi,
Below I have attached an example of how to call external C++ Code in simulink using S-functions. Hope it helps.
To read more about S-functions type sfundemos in MATLAB command prompt and go through the examples under C/C++ S-functions.
