Hi,
I wondered if it is an efficient way to have full screen with GUI: I looked through this form and on Internet but I get no satisfactory replies. I have tries several solutions like "Maximize", etc. as proposed by many people. Best regards

Their website says they don't have a way. You can make it full screen though:
% Enlarge figure to full screen, but not truly maximized.
set(gcf, 'units','normalized','outerposition',[0 0 1 1]);
There may be a java call to do a legitimate maximize.

So, the code does work, it just isn't what you wanted. Your operating system may be the culprit. This is about as good as you are going to get in MATLAB:
f = figure('menu','none');
set(f,'units','normalized','outerpos',[0 0 1 1.2]);

Yair's blog will probably be the most comprehensive discussion of the maximize problem: http://undocumentedmatlab.com/blog/minimize-maximize-figure-window/
