How to implement SHA-256 in matlab

I would like to know how to implement SHA-256 using matlab ? Input to it is an image. (say lena.png)

SHA Algorithms is one of the submissions in MATLAB File Exchange on MATLAB Central. It may help implementing the SHA-256. Feel free to contact the author of this submission directly for specific questions about the implementation.
