Writing separate variables into 1 variable in workspace

Hello,
Say i have the following variables in the workspace:-
B [Of a size 1x8760] C [Of a size 1x8760] D [Of a size 1x8760]
How would i be able to create a new workspace variable [lets call it weather_input] containing the data above in a matrix where the first row would contain a time input stepping up in 3600 increments [A]. for example [below is meant to be a 4x3 matrix]:-
- A = 3600 7200 10800;
- B = B1 B2 B3;
- C = C1 C2 C3;
- D = D1 D2 D3;

Your question is very confusing. I think you mean something like this:
% These are the given arrays.
A = 1:10;
B = 11:20;
C = 21:30;
Now create a new variable:
E = [A;B;C]
If this is not what you mean, give an example with real matrices we can copy and paste.
