Enabling offset tuning for RTL-SDR

Hi there,

I am using the Communications Toolbox with the Support Package for RTL-SDR Radio to control and get data from a Nooelec NESDR SMArTee v2 SDR (using the R820T2 tuner).

When typing :

sdrinfo

in terminal I can see that the parameter "OffsetTuning" is set to "Disabled".

However, the

comm.SDRRTLReceiver

command thanks to which I control my SDR does not have a "OffsetTuning" option...

Does anyone know how to enable it?

What I am trying to do is remove that huge hardware artifact (the central pic) and read that it was related to this :

have you gotten this to work; i'm also struggling turning on offset tuning
