Query Regarding Quantization of a sampled signal

Hi everyone,
I'm working on the histogram based characterization of an ADC, and have come across a hickup. I've been provided sample values of a sinusoidal signal that is sampled at a fequency of 1.024MHz, and need to quantize these values so as to generate a stair case. where, LSB = 0.15 and step size = 0.2.
In addition, the sinusoid has a max peak 0f 0.5005v and a minimum peak of -0.5004v.
How does one map the sinuoidal signal to the quantization levels?

Here is a very detailed documentation on quantization of a signal. This function is present in "Communications toolbox".
