Is function "nprocess(x,y,z)" still avialable?

What do you mean with 'available'? Do you mean if it is in use as a function name by one of the toolboxes? If so, you can use the search in the online documentation.

Doing a search for matlab nprocess with your favorite search engine shows that nprocess may be part of either this Filexchange entry or this one but it doesn't appear that it is a function that has ever shipped with matlab.
