how to extract temperature data sets in matlab?

i have the rainfall data of a river basin and i want to extract the temperature data set by giving the rainfall data as input. need some help, thanks.

Can you post the data file that you're reading?

Can you be more specific than "rainfall data"? Do you have precipitation rates? Time and date stamps for each sample? The location of the samples? Even within 1 country, different areas can have positive or negative correlations between temperature and precipitation so without further context, the problem is not solvable.
