Error installing matlab drive connector

When I try to install it from the app or from the .exe file, it tells me that I have already installed the connector, but when I try to access the cloud from the app it tells me that I need to install matlab drive connector and this continues all the time I try to access the cloud. I already saw in control panel if there was the application for the drive connector, but there is not the app. So it is not installed.
