Can we Estimate the parameteres using parameter estimation option using simulink in incresing/ decreasing order

When i want to estimate the parameters using parameter estimation option in simulinnk, its giving some randome values.
can i get the values in incresing or decresing order using any type of method.
i used condion in .m files, and kept in intitcall back.
its not working.
