Externol mod simulink+ run on flash memory Arduino

Hi Every one

I really appriciate any help on this question:

I need to deploy a simulink code on Arduino. However, when I try to deploy it I receive a lack of memory error.

I know that in arduino coding, we can define the name of a variable by "progmem" command to move it to the flash memory.

But do I have such a choice when I have prepared a simulink code to depoloy on arduino? Is there any way that I can tell it to save some variables on arduino's flash memory instead of SRam memory, when it is deploying the simulink code on Arduino?
