Suppose I have a simulink model for a feedback loop consisting of various sub blocks at behavioural level (i.e simulink). Now I want to replace one of the sub-blocks with transistor level schematic / spice netlist from LTSPICE. Is there a way to do it ? Thanks in advance.

This is possible, but with Simscape, an add-on to Simulink. You can read about it here.

Thank you Sir, for giving your valuable time for this question. However, Simscape doesn't support BSIM3/4 model based designs which LTspice does support. All the schematics which I intend to import into Simulink are based on these models. Hence this question.
Thanks

Hi. I checked with our development team. As you know, we don't support this model. The reason is due to the complexity that is represented in this model.
Aside from the model, what is the behavior you want to represent in Simulink? Perhaps a model of less complexity can provide the needed behavior for your task.
