zyBooks MathWorks Learning Tool: Submission waiting to be recorded indefinitely

I'm trying to submit code for a zyBooks Challenge Activity which uses a Mathworks tool for MATLAB code. I'm encountering the following message when submitting code.

The results of my code are passing the test cases (as shown in the attachment Capture2.PNG), but the activity won't give me credit. The message says that recording may take a few minutes, but this issue has persisted for several hours and upon multiple refreshes. zyBooks Support has informed me that this tool is managed by MathWorks and recommended I ask a question here to see if anyone could help.

The OP was misinformed. Any issues encountered in a Zybook should be escalated through Zybooks directly, not MathWorks.

The error message indicates everything worked correctly on MathWorks' side, but the grade was not accepted by Zybooks. This is most likely due to the gradebook being temporarily unavailable. These issues typically resolve themselves automatically in a few minutes, but in rare cases could take a day or more.

If your need is pressing, or you continue to get the error message after submitting more than a day later, please have your instructor contact Zybooks.
