Mathworks installer blank page and crash Windows 10

When I try to install Matlab, setup.exe doesn't work. It shows the Matlab's splash screen and then a white windows with "Mathworks installer" written on the top and nothing else, all is white. (empty window)

After 4/5 seconds, the windows closes and nothing happens. How I can solve this problem?

I understand that you are facing issues in downloading MATLAB.

You could probably try to uninstall and install the software again.

Also check for the system requirements.

I have the same issue, two years later, it seems that it has not been fixed. Can not install it at all. What a piece of rubbish. Imagine having a product that can't even run.
