I need the reverse the order of IRM slices, i will appreciate any help, please, thanks

It helps if you use the English abbreviation for magnetic resonance imaging, instead of the French one.
What exactly is your question? Do you want to change the dicom files themselves, or do you want to change the way it displays in some viewer in Matlab?
